FB2 Corporation's Founders:
Oliver Rist has been a force in IT management and technology journalism for more than 10 years. As President of FB2 Corp., Rist heads up a NY-based company specializing in IT consulting and workflow-oriented software development for the real estate property management vertical. Prior to FB2, Rist worked as a software development consultant to BJMurray, a New Hyde Park, NY-based real estate software developer. In 1999, he joined Realm Business Solutions, Inc., a conglomerate of real estate technology companies based in Manhattan, as vice president of product development. In this capacity, he oversaw Realm's electronic business products, developing on-line rent payment processing and invoice management systems (patent pending). After leaving The Realm in 2001, Rist co-founded FB2 Corporation. Rist's journalism background includes stints as Senior Technical Editor for Communications Week and InternetWeek, and Technical Editor of Computer Shopper, among others. His independent writing work has since appeared in a variety of trade and general media publications, including Infoworld, Software Development Times, Network Computing, SmartPartner, The Washington Post, and InformationWeek. As a free-lance technology author, he has published hundreds of articles, ranging from technology to entertainment and recreation. Presently, Rist writes the bi-weekly Enterprise Windows column for Infoworld magazine, a column devoted to running Microsoft technologies in medium and large enterprise environments. Rist graduated with an English Literature degree from Clark University in 1988. He has since completed a technology certification from Columbia University (1993), his Novell CNE (1995-96), and is presently updating his MCSE. |

Paul Lindo, CIO, Vice President and Founder
Before joining FB2 Corporation, Paul Lindo was the Director of the e-Business Product and Development groups for REALM Business Solutions, Inc. Over the past two years, Lindo oversaw the design, testing and successful implementations of all of the REALM e-Business products to the real estate industry, including rent payment processing, ACH payment processing and invoice processing and workflow designs (patent pending). Lindo also handled all product management tasks associated with these ASP products, including market research, requirements gathering, and documentation.
Prior to REALM Business Solutions, Lindo worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York for 13 years. While at the Fed, Lindo designed and implemented many of the Bank's critical systems, including those that monitor the financial markets and effect monetary policies. Lindo headed up a systems administration department governing two 7/24 data centers linking over 500 desktop workstations. Lindo also worked on a team building the Treasury Dept.'s national cash management system, and was responsible for a managing a system used to monitor $2.5 billion worth of Treasury Department investments. Finally, Lindo was also the project director for the Check Services Function within the Fed, designing and implementing electronic check processing and building electronic check processing systems within multiple locations at the Fed.
Currently, Paul is an active member of the local chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI ®). Paul Lindo graduated from Hofstra University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Banking and Finance. Paul has completed a variety of technology training courses during his time with both the Fed and REALM, covering software development practices and large system administration.

David Aubrey Aubrey joined FB2 Corporation in 2004, heading up all software development for ClienTrac and its associated products. Aubrey graduated from Sacred Heart University in 1989 with a degree in accounting and received his masters degree in computer science from the same institution in 1992.
