ClienTrac 1.5

FB2’s ClienTrac, presently in version 1.5, is a  tenant relationship management (TRM) platform that helps property managers, brokers and owners deliver superior customer experiences, while also giving them the tools and insight to run their businesses more productively, efficiently, and profitably.

ClienTrac is designed specifically to save these customers quantifiable costs in terms of saved man-hours, unnecessary staff bloat, costly and unsafe document storage, faster and more confident sales process and a reduction in costly collections and legal costs.

ClienTrac delivers a rich feature set designed specifically with real estate sales workflow and lease management functionality as its out of the box goal. That means real estate organizations can implement ClienTrac quickly with a much lower total cost of ownership than standard CRM packages. Operated in its hosted version, ClienTrac can be implemented in a matter days with no hardware or software installations necessary at client sites.

ClienTrac’s complete TRM solution provides important front-office features:

  • Sales: Contact, track and screen potential tenants, with the ability to store critical tenant data, including online credit and legal checks
  • Inventory: Identify the availability of properties and match these to tenant requirements with detailed features of each property
  • Service: Improve your initial tenant experience with in-depth information on previous tenants’ payment and occupancy histories.
  • Lease Management: Track tenant data through the sales process to generate full lease packages, including applications, multiple lease documents and riders all customized for your organization.
  • Analytics: Generate numerous canned or custom reports, including ongoing vacancy, traffic, marketing sources, and sales staff performance among others.
  • Integration: Send and receive information between your front-office application (ClienTrac) and your back-end applications (your real estate accounting system, including BJM, MRI, Timberline and more). Automatically move clients from prospect status to tenant status, track lease start and end dates and more.
  • Mobile TRM: Allow sales staff to track appointments via Microsoft Outlook and compatible PDAs.

ClienTrac is smart software aimed specifically at real estate management. ClienTrac facilitates the application and verification process via:
